You do work that matters. That is the air you breathe. When you talk on the phone, you sound like you have a social disorder as you yell sporadically "don't hit your sister" or "what's wrong?" or "give that back to her!"
You smile and cry and laugh and shrug, strange substances crusting your yoga pants. Your day is nothing short of a roller coaster ride - an adventure with very little adult conversation.
She dresses herself with strength
and makes her arms strong (Proverbs 31:17)
Please know that you are valued. That you are appreciated. That you honor the Lord with your imperfect but unceasing service to your children and family.
So, to my incredible wife, my amazing mom, my mom-in-law, and all of you mothers out there, Happy Mother's Day. You are heroes.
